Und hier dann das gleiche auf deutsch.
The Concordia Club hosts many functions each year such as weddings, birthday parties, funerals, Folkfest and many private parties. Our main hall can seat up to 300 people and can accommodate many types of events. One of the more renowned features of this hall is a 8ft x 46ft German theme mural painted on one of the walls by Hans Herold, a renowned German Canadian artist. Our small hall can seat up to 100 people and is ideal for more private functions, yet still large enough to hold small dances.
If your visit to the Concordia Club is of a more casual nature, our lounge/dining room can seat up to a 150 patrons. You can be assured that your visit to this part of the club will be a relaxing stay. The focal point of our lounge is the “KACHELOFEN”, the hand crafted ceramic fireplace.
The Club is situated on 8 acres of land and can therefore accommodate all your parking requirements. We are conveniently located at the corner of Lorne Ave south (Hwy 219) and Cartwright Road.
The Concordia Club has approximately 235 members and is one of the few remaining private clubs in Saskatoon with its own facilities. The hours of business are Tuesday to Friday 5 pm to 11 pm and Saturday from 12 noon to 12 pm. It is closed on Sunday and Monday, Good Friday and Christmas Day. It is also open each morning from 9:30 to 11:30 for the coffee circle operated by your Host Walter Pexa.
You do not have to be a member to come for a visit, however you will be required to sign the guest book and we hope that after you have sampled our hospitality you will want to join. Membership forms can be downloaded from our website and our membership cost is reasonable and well identified on the website.
Please give the Concordia Club a try and if you have any questions you can contact any Board member or the Club itself under the “Contacts" section.
Thank you for visiting our website, and "auf Wiedersehen" at the club.
